RESTORE RETAIL STORE EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME
Programme Objective
The Programme is intended to train and develop retail professionals at the managerial level, who have a high degree of autonomy, possess responsibility in decision making and require knowledge and skills to perform a wide range of duties in a dynamic Retail Store environment.
Programme Outline
The programme would broadly cover the following in the form of 9 Modules as per the ReStore standard Module Framework:
- Self Management
- Category Management
- Merchandising Management
- Store Management
- Sales Management
- Team Management
- Inventory Management
- Profit Management
- Footfall Management
Please note that there would be a 3 Hour Field Visit to atleast 3 different Retail Formats to understand Retail Service Excellence at competitive levels.
Programme Eligibility
Russell Square ReStore Retail Excellence is offered to those who are currently working as Assistant Store Managers / Store Managers and who do not have a formal training in Retail.
Alternatively, individuals may choose to learn certain module or a collection of modules relevant to needs or occupation. A ReStore Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded upon the completion of each training module and passing the required assessments.
Programme Duration
The course would run for 3 Days in any of the following formats:-
Option 1
Friday to Sunday
10.00 am till 6.00 pm for 6 hours/day with 45 min Lunch Break & two 15 min Coffee Breaks
Option 2
3 Consecutive Saturdays
10.00 am till 6.00 pm for 6 hours/day with 45 min Lunch Break & two 15 min Coffee Breaks
Delivery Mechanism
The mode of instruction would be English and delivery mechanism would constitute of LCD Projector, PC/Laptop, White Boards with Marker Pens, Flip Charts, Audio-Visuals, Interactive Class room sessions, coupled into Role-Play, Coursework, Assignments, Field visits and Live Projects would raise the competency bar of the participants.

The courseware would be provided to the candidates in both soft and hard copy.
