TEACHING, LEARNING PROCESS
& EVALUATION ReStore is an academic programme and also experiential learning.
Preparatory reading lists, worksheets and post- class reference
readings, learning notes, desk research, assignments,
case studies / projects would create a valuable resource support for
the participants, not only for the duration of the programme but for
future reference and review.
ReStore will conduct a number of learning sessions in workshop mode
where experienced faculty would encourage participants to think of
and work on the identified topic of the workshop.
Performance evaluation would be an on-going exercise for ReStore.
Regular assignments and constructive feed-back would keep the
participants informed about the value being added through the
programme. Periodic profiling, personal interviews and viva voce
evaluation methods would be used for monitoring and counseling.
GUEST LECTURERS
A critical, value added component of ReStore is guest lectures by eminent professionals and entrepreneurs from small,
medium and large enterprises. Guests will share their views on and experiences in retail and provide valuable insights
in the making of a retail enterprise.
A Unique Scheme of Education Partners
For ReStore we have introduced a unique scheme for Education Partners, who will be practicing store managers.
They will interact with participants on nuances of trade practices and procedures which enhances the effectiveness
of store managers. Each of the modules in the curriculum will have support of recognized Education Partners.
