RESTORE - PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME
The skills and motivation levels of Retail Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers can dramatically impact the performance of a Retail Chain. Restore understands the dynamics of managing in a Retail store environment and knows what it takes to be successful. The programme offers tips, techniques and tools in abundance to equip store managers take leadership roles in driving home key Retail Store Business and Management initiatives.
Duration
The duration of the programme would be 9 days (10 am to 5 pm) and each day would cover a specific Retail Store Management Module.

Who is eligible to participate?
Russell Square Restore Professional is offered to those professionals currently working as Assistant Store Managers / Store Managers and not having a formal training in Retailing.
