RESTORE PREMIER- WEEKEND PROGRAMMES
LEVEL 1
The programme is intended to train and develop freshers and/or retail professionals at the operation levels, who require basic stores operational knowledge and skills, and function within specific work responsibilities.
LEVEL 2
The programme is intended to train and develop those who have successfully completed level 1 and/or retail professionals at the supervisory level, who are given responsibilty for other personnel in their roles, provide team management and guidance, as well as take charge of resource planning and allocation.
LEVEL 3
The programme is intended to train and develop those who have successfully completed level 2 and/or retail professionals at the managerial level, who have a degree of autonomy, possess responsibility in decision making and require knowledge and skills to perform a wide range of duties in a dynamic Retail Store environment.
Programme Duration
Each Level is programmed to be of 9 weekends of classroom sessions inclusive of coursework, projects and field visits (on weekdays only).
